After an hour, flavors remain restrained, mostly white pepper, mint, eucalyptus and subdued blackberry and cherry. Some seed bitterness and minerals on finish with tannins and acid in balance. Not a fruit bomb, possibly more austere than previous Cabernet francs from this producer.
