New vintage, first tasting, and my first rose of the warm season here in the PNW. Salmon pink with orange tinge. Excellent clarity. Red fruit and white pepper-sage notes in nose. Round mouthfeel. Lemon-citrus, cherry and stone fruit in mouth, some skin astringency, slight soapyness in finish, cherry-citrus and slight black pepper aftertaste. Dry, flavorful, nice varietal character, goes either way, sipping or food. Fruit flavors are delicate, faded after 24 hours so drink up or share

Salmon pink and gold in color. Melon and strawberry notes in nose. Strawberry, green apple, black pepper and lemon notes in mouth. Mild mouth-coating astringency, slight spritz. A nice rose to sip by the fireside

Fine with tofu in oyster sauce and stir fried bok Choi with garlic and ginger, but "no go" with black bean white fish (then again, no wine matches fermented black bean sauce)

Had a bottle tucked away I should have consumed last year when it was released. Light pink in color. Strawberry, slight black pepper notes in nose. Diminished flavor - berry with citrus pith and cherry finish - but great crispness and delightfully dry.
