Apr 18th, 2023364 cases produced, paired with salted violet dark chocolate truffle. Dark purple, intensely extracted, inky. Coconut, tobacco and forest floor aromas with some funk. Blackberry, plum and butter flavors. Slight bitterness, moderate skin astringency . Not sure about the violet chocolate pairing, though sea salt component works fine.
