QUE SIRAH SIRAH
This wine has a curious, inky purple colour. Like sophisticated Kool Aid. It was all tannins and acid at first, but an hour in the decanter really opened it up.
Sweet tobacco on the nose with pepper and vanilla on the palate. Looong finish. Craves meat.

Bold with raisin, tea and a little pepper. Pretty jammy. I enjoyed with a zucchini lasagna but the butter cake for desert paired the best 🤌🏼
