We went for the Paella.
Turns out the fad of wine on tap wonโ€™t catch on, thankfully.
Tasted the Prosecco, Arneis and Chardonnay.

Thank you IB Wine for this yummy #gifted bottle of Prosecco ๐Ÿพ

๐Ÿ‘€ first lights shimmer
๐Ÿ‘ƒapple, salt bush, lemon
๐Ÿ‘… tropical, dry, sherbet, full across the palate, grapefruit back palate, super flavoursome

I spotted this Prosecco in the Broken Hill bottle shop in Vic Park for around the $20 mark and just had to grab one to taste. It's from Australia's home of Italian wines - the King Valley in Victoria. Between you and me - it would make a pretty cool wine bottle lamp too ๐Ÿ˜„

Pale yellow colour with a green tinge in the glass, it's not massively bubbly. Crisp orchard fruit (peach, apples) and citrus come through on the nose. While on the palate it's like drinking apple juice. I'm not a huge fan of the lack of effervescence however I know this would be appealing to a lot of wine drinkers who like just a touch of fizz.

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective, so make sure you drink what you enjoy!
