bouquet of candied red strawberries/cherries, dry/dusty earth, red licorice, wood, redcurrant.....on the palate sweet red fruit played off spiced wood and some earth with just a sliver of acidity. light but still a tiny bit unctuous. candy wine in the best way.

First of all, this is 2012 Grenache, McLaren Vale. And, Dadly, somebody in the McLaren Vale forgot how to make Aussie Grenache. This is more suitable for doily crocheting than a World Cup rugby match.
