Pecorino Colline Teatine IGT

Lemon color, lemon lime citrusy when cold. After sitting 10 minutes- cantaloupe with lemon squeezed on top and Granny Smith apple with a touch of non-sweet creamy vanilla syrup. The palate has more twangy citrus (what's that?!) and flint, with a light bitter, lingering finish. Medium acid/body.
