Better after it opened up. When the bottle was opened it was very berry fruit and spicey on the end. After decanting it settled and was much improved.

Was expecting a nice Zin, what I got was a mouth of tart and smoke. Not a fan. Was a gift- so as the saying goes- beggars can't be choosers. Did its job and got me feeling like I needed a bourbon. After that........I forget
