Top Notes For
That's a different German trocken riesling but I like the style. There is chalk on the nose along with lemon an pineapple touches. Blind this could have sent me clearly somewhere else as this chalkyness I usually associate with chablis or some sancerre terroirs. The palate is crisp and clean, there is a great acid backbone, some pineapple and lemon notes and the mouthfeel is soft and almost chalky/creamy. The finish is long and fresh and salivating with all the previous elements coming together in a great, vivid feast. Love it!
