High Water Brewing Breakfast Sour. The aromas of a beautifully aged Chenin or Pinot G, with a backdrop of yogurt and bread dough. The lychee is just enough to be noticed, acidity is intense but just when it seems to toe the line of being too much, it retreats and leaves a balanced sour beer. Glad I smuggled some of these in my suitcase over from SD.

This is balance. A hint of lychee. Truly made for breakfast with eggs. Delicious delicious delicious and #pricey ... But worth every pence. Hat tip to Steve Altimari.
