Mendocino County Merlot

Acidity a little high, lower alcohol at 13pct, dusty cedar and tart to ripe fruit. A little out of balance for my taste.

Loads of blueberry, vanilla and herb. Just a baby step overoaked. Nice though.

Hermoso dark plum. Great balance between tannins and acidity. Silky finish...
We love it!

Mostly disappointing.

Jammy, leggy

Fresh berry. Oak. Slight slight pepper and vanilla. On the heavier side for merlot and gets better with some time open.

Flavor profile is more cab than merlot. Finishes on a high note.

This was quite good, I didn't buy so not sure of the price
