This champagne was reduced from £12 to £8 at my local Sainsburys. Now I don't usually buy sub £20 champagne except deeply discounted but at the price (less than their crappy prosecco) it was worth a punt so bought two bottles. Verdict - cheap champagne. Fine with cassis to get rid of astringency
