Floral, medium body and dry with a honeyed, perfumed nose lying somewhere between Muscat and Gewurztraminer. A bit shy on acidity but quite enjoyable, especially after being open for 20 minutes

The wine I am having this evening is the 2012 Heidi Schröck Gelber Muskateller.

On the nose there are very expressive notes of white flowers, melon, peach, citrus peel and honeysuckle.

This is a very easy drinker with notes of fresh grapes, floral notes, peach, spice and limestone.

The wine has that flat low to medium body with medium + acidity and a long fresh finish. Enjoyable summer drinker. Have a great week and be safe. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷

Soft muted canned pears & citrus blend with citrus blossoms on the nose. Canned pears, slightly sweeter grapefruit, lime candy, green melon at the end of fruit & beginning of the rhine, slivered almonds, yellow florals, nice limestone minerality, big acidity and a well polished finished.

Lemon spray, tropicals, light honey and stones on the nose. Muted lemon, lime with skin, grapefruit pit, underripe pineapple, honey botrytis and good dry crushed minerality.

After reading about this wine I wanted dazzling acids and punchy aromatics. Got slow fizzling acid and a whisper of a kiss from the smells. Shoulda been a contender. #missedconnections #wine #austria #muskateller

Delicate (even for Muscat) peach/stone aromas. Crisp and floral too. #SoQuenching

Exotic flamboyant nose. Floral hard candy. Citrus. Spritzy avid. Sexy and wild. $30
