I’m becoming a fan of Elijah and am liking this more than the 18 but need to let that air a bit and reevaluate. This in the other hand is power and having it with nam prik is amplifying it. Wife is having Hibiki but I’m liking the heat.

Deceivingly sweet on the nose as I found the palate to be a bit spicier and earthier than I initially thought it would be. Still, quite delicious 🥃
