@delectable This is the Heater Allen Brewing/DeGarde Brewing Eichenbock. A barrel aged Doppelbock. The barrel aging adds only a hint of wood, but adds a nice creaminess. Definitely a bolder lager, but not heavy. Perfect use of malts and nice chocolate notes.
