Sweet Vermouth

I am a gigantic new fan of Harris Bridge near Wren, Or. It’s pretty bold to make only apertifs, vermouths, and stickies in this Pinot driven market. They do it so well. The base wine and brandy is all from their own vineyard and still. All blended with botanicals from their property and elsewhere. The Reverie has primary notes of orange zest, chamomile and cardamom, finishing with melony herbaceous note that I can’t quite wrap my head around.
