Medium yellow w/ a touch of hazy sediment. Shy nose with quite an initial medium weight punch on the palate...tart lemon pith and dry sea salt indicative of the Italian varietal. Lovely food wine that takes on gravitas and interest as it warms. I am becoming a fan of new world examples of the grape.
