Thadd Springs Vineyard Silver Mane Block Riesling

Mango & peach skin on the nose. Semi-sweet, off-dry, with white peach, blossom water, crisp with recognizable minerality. Very tasty on its own, but could handle some spice. With desert you could definitely see the sugar becoming more pronounced.
