Halter Ranch
Estate Bottled Adelaida District Picpoul Blanc
Paso Robles, Central Coast, California, USAClean medium intensity with aromas of watermelon strawberries gooseberry and pear. On the palate dry, smooth, with medium flavor intensity and medium body and medium to low acidity. This is a great example of using lees in the winemaking process as it has a creamy biscuity mouthfeel without tasting oaky or buttery and present flavors of green fruits. This is a good to very good wine

Pretty tasty with mainly citrus & stone fruits. A bit of beeswax & honeysuckle. Subtle salinity & zesty palate.
