Clean medium intensity with aromas of watermelon strawberries gooseberry and pear. On the palate dry, smooth, with medium flavor intensity and medium body and medium to low acidity. This is a great example of using lees in the winemaking process as it has a creamy biscuity mouthfeel without tasting oaky or buttery and present flavors of green fruits. This is a good to very good wine

Pretty tasty with mainly citrus & stone fruits. A bit of beeswax & honeysuckle. Subtle salinity & zesty palate.

Extremely bland with practically no aroma. Very dry and acidic with a tart finish.
