First Swiss wine purchase during my trip, from the AOC I'm staying in! Definitely different than what I am used to, somewhat sweet, maybe an RS of around .05? Like if a Zinfandel married a Pinot Noir. That being said, the alcohol wasn't noticeable for being higher than I would expect a wine from this high of latitude (13.5%). It was delicate and highly drinkable, soft notes of red fruits compliment the natural slimness of a Pinot for a great wine to enjoy any day of the week.
