Tough to find more detail in a Rheinhessen GG than this one from the roter hang.

Crushed flowers, white peaches, superb texture and finish, I could drink this all day

Medicinal camphor and herbal notes with lovely stone fruit and citrus. Lower acid than expected but it works so well. Very concentrated and balanced, and textured. Had at a tasting, maybe I should have bought one…

Bottle not ok any more. Probably a storage issue as I only recently bought it in a shop in Luxembourg.

Dry, fruity, medium to full bodied, elegant matureness, long aftertaste.

Almost a Gewürztraminer-like aroma of lychees, white flower, basil, some redcurrant. Body medium. Acidity low for Riesling which is probably why terpene spiciness stands out. Light grassy bitterness in the finish. Interesting and well done, though I prefer higher acidity Rieslings.

More red fruit than I've had in a riesling to date. A good amount of bitterness too. Really interesting.
