Lovely. Earthy right up front, and lush. Cherry and cassis and something like blackberry rounding it out. Medium bodied, outstanding with food, very very good.

A bit lean, but a serious wine. The dark fruit is there; when you open it a chalky/ powdery note too. Improves with air.
