A very interesting dry muscat that has an extremely floral nose and palate. So much so I would drink it without food. But paired at Del Posto with Vitello tonnato (veal and tuna in a lemon basil & colatura vinaigrette) it totally changed!!! And was an amazing pairing!

Opened this bottle while waiting for Spieth to finally hit his shot. Lots of lychee, citrus, white flowers and crushed rock. Nice acidity to this wine. Very aromatic on the nose not quite matched on the palate but still a delicious wine.
