Super solid. Fresh, crisp, bursting with aroma and flavor. Steely yet round. Mineral and fruit wound up together and unfurling gently in the glass. Mouthwatering acidity. Honestly, in a tasting of all of Grochau's wines this was the favorite, red or white.

Clean, crisp. Great for a hot summer day. Golden green tint. Medium plus acidity. Notes of ripe pear, shale mineral, lemon, and grass. I would pair with spicy poultry.
