Dark fruit, chocolate, mocha, & dirt. Pleasing/balanced tannins make this finish very smooth and pretty light.

Has some bite at the beginning, strong tannins. Has a 'not quite ripened' fruit flavor.

Had with bone in ribeye, buttermilk Mac and cheese, and salad with blue cheese after decorating the Christmas tree. Acidy at first but opens nicely!
