I have never even remotely enjoyed a Lambrusco grape until this day. The sommelier at Sauce has conveyed me. Once again an organic, unfiltered, small batch wine from Castelvetro wins the day. Fresh, murky and subdued. 13% abut you can't taste it a bit, however the rustic and dirty strawberry notes linger in your mouth for ages. Love this fucking wine.
