Nov 2nd, 2013We paired Grey Ghost Blanc from Amissville, VA with Brats, roasted corn, and sautéed mushrooms. Dinner was exceptional, and the wine was a perfect compliment. Ghost is the type of wine you want to celebrate the end of the summer heat when it's preferable to sit outside. Not too sweet and served at slightly higher then fridge temp is ideal.
