I’m not a usual white wine drinker, but wanted to try a Thai wine to go with my spicy noodles. Starts with a strong pungent smell, almost a strong ripe fruit or stinky cheese. Though, it’s really crisp and clean on the tongue and a refreshing pairing with my noodles. It’s hard to pin down the notes with the spice, but I would say mango or papaya.

Thai wine pairs great with food too spicy for westerners! Nice Chenin Blanc and doesn't come with an overly fruity character.
