Lower East Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

I smell banana skins! Reminiscent of a Beaujolais but also has a perfumed and soapy nose after opening up. Mouthfeel is medium and brings notes of cranberries, tart raspberries, hint of sandalwood, cinnamon. Soft finish.

I dare you to find a $30 cab like this anywhere. With 8 years on it, it tastes like a 25 year old GC Bordeaux. I've had a case of this and it's punched WAY above its class for several years now. This is a stupid value.

It's a mega fruit bomb; but - so what! It's excellent. I'll never turn a glass or six away. Good stuff for sure...
