Deep purple in color with a nose of blackberries and earth. Very well balanced wine. I was waiting for one aspect to take over, but it stayed true throughout the finish. Full-bodied with nice fruit, acidity, and tannin. I tasted off the Coravin right out of the bottle, but this one would probably open up a good bit more with a decant. Very nice wine!
