Light golden color, clear, feels medium bodied and mineral but with butteriness from lees fermentation, which also added extra flavor complexity and thicker body (it sometimes could be mistaken by oak aging work). Warm feeling of yellow ripe apples and pears, nose not so aromatic - mainly baked apples.
It is not our first wine from Glen Carlou and I must say they offer great quality, are interesting and moderately priced - go for them, you will not be disappointed!
Have a nice weekend! Cheers 🥂
