Privilegia Rosso Veronese Corvina Blend

First impression was musty earth with a hint of pepper. First couple of sips were disappointing but then it opened up. I took this to a movie so I could not decant. I think it needs this for sure. Green pepper and spice were the predominant taste. This did have a nice lingering finish.

Yikes. Both palate and nose are reminiscent of an old musty antique store.

Had this as part of a wine dinner with the daughter of the winemaker at Blackboard Bistro. Wonderful.

Delicious! Deep, dark. Not too deep tho.
