Translations are a bit rough here. This is the Banshu 50 "Silver Plate" junmai daiginjo, from Ginban Shuzo brewery, in Toyama prefecture. Rich, viscous and a touch funky. Creamy banana and syrupy blueberries, juniper and tarragon, minerally dry finish. 100% yamadanishiki, really classic notes for this variety. Lovely sake! 🍶🍣
