A melange of goodness after 7 hours of slow ox (open bottle). Dusty earth and bell pepper give way to dark chocolate covered maraschino cherry, white pepper, and menthol. Med acid and light tannins. Started going flat at about 9.5 hours of slow ox. Drink up!
