Dry on the palate with blueberries, plums, cherries, spices, light oak, dark chocolates, light earth, herbs and peppercorn.
Tangy finish with soft tannins and tangy raspberries.
This 7 year old Cabernet Sauvignon based Bordeaux blend from Paso Robles feels very fresh and young. Soft and elegant. Nicely balanced with nice complexity and mouthfeel.
I had this vintage 3 years ago and it is drinking much better now. Peaking now, and good after 15 minutes of airtime.
Easy drinking and good by itself or with food. Love to see such low alcohol reds from California.
