We drank the 2008 poolside tonight after a heavier Italian wine. It was delightful. Mature, fruity, fun and delicious. We and our guests thoroughly enjoyed it. And I know I didn't pay much for it.

Promising full fruit start with a very short finish.

Dec 25th, 2016Very cherry and spice on the nose and palate. Moderate fruit tannin with light residual sugar and acidity to finish. Quite enjoyable with GOT 😉

Medium, lies down flat. Not very oaky. Would probably pair well with red meat.

2006 vintage - Still really good in August 2015! Blackberry and black cherry with a trace of mocha and a long finish.
