Elegant, juicy, warm and soft red of 100% St.Laurent, grown on calcareous clay soil.
Maceration in stainless steel tanks, MLF in large oak barrels. Oak aged (12 months)
Dark ruby red to garnet in color, purple glitters.
Nose opulent of ripe black cherry, red currant, black gooseberry, huckleberry, licorice, underlying herbal hint.
Juicy & harmonious medium-plus bodied palate. Sour cherry, dried fruits and forest berries, delicate minerality. Subtle acidity, silky tannins.
Pretty soft and velvety finish of ripe cherry and spices.
Pair: Zwiebelrostbraten.
