Bourgogne Aligoté

Closed at first, but opened up to soft pear, bit of nutty oxidation and mild acidity. We took a shot on the 2010, oh well.

Old socks but too many of them

Honey, orchard fruit and a bit of almond on the nose. Mouth is coated with honey , green apple and a nice acidity. Solid wine that would go well with Bree cheese, octopus or summer salads.
