Meh. Not usually a huge fan of organic wines. This would have been better if younger. Pretty tannic. Nice fruit buried behind the sherry notes.

What I expected was a cool-climate California Cabernet Sauvignon. What I got was what tasted like a New World Merlot-Syrah-Malbec blend. Where is the leather, smoke/tobacco, tannins and structure?! The best compliment I can give is that it's drinkable. 👎🏻
