Fruity Red Sangria

Ehh, tastes like bad

Good sangria. Best as cold as possible.

Not sweet enough for what we expect.

Decent for a box wine. A nice sweet red without being too sweet.

Finally decided to pull this one out of the cellar after 6 years of aging, and oh my, what great timing. Upon removing the cork, I was greeted by a nose potent with green apple, burnt grilled cheese sandwich, dehydrated strawberry, brown brown, and a soft layer of nursing home. The viscosity was low, with little to no resistance in the glass (a sign of a very very good wine). The wine finished smoothly and had a subtle aftertaste of grilled pineapple and artichoke hearts. Overall, I think this wine could have benefitted from more aging to bring out more of the oak flavor that is common to Sangria, but nonetheless, was still positively excellent.

Great like refreshing summer time wine for drinking at the lake!

Actually better than I expected. Really sweet.

This taste like a cheep sangria along Las Ramblas. Just the way a sangria was meant to be. Better than most home made sangrias. LOL

Sweet but not overbearing sweet, and strong! Just how I like it.
