This is a powerful Cabernet, initially restrained on the nose it opens up very nicely after a short time in the decanter. No such restraint on the palate, thick, silky and packed with fruit, leather and vanilla. This is not a delicate wine but it’s not overdone in my opinion, it was the perfect pairing for a Sunday roast beef.

Excellent black cherry taste with a peppery finish on the tongue. Amazing finish. Highly recommend. Served with venison... brought out the flavors.
