Poured into a wineglass, this baby gives a hue of Cooked caramel . Minimal froth. Very complex with an initial hint of maple syrup. The sides of the tongue are pleasantly bathed with a creamy texture joined by a kiss of
Pepper. A rise of temperature unlocks notes of charred wood,toasted almonds and vanilla with a pronounced finish of cacao beans and espresso. A great companion to have for the fall season. Definitely holds it’s own as a desert beer as well
