2014 tasted 12/2018. Straw yellow, medium body. Warm and inviting nose of honeyed quince and white flowers. As the wine opens up there are aromas of licorice and a suggestion of minerality. Honey and licorice are the most prominent aromas. Dry with great body as well as mineral-acid structure to balance the honeyed fruit that carries through to a finish that is reminiscent of candied sultanas. Impressive intro to P-M for a bargain.
