Fresh & smooth with a hint of residual sugar, but not to the point of sweetness. Loved it!

Absolutely delicious.... Also made grapefruit mimosas for the gang that tasted great!

So so bubbles. Enjoyed it with an array of appetizers.

Pale yellow with plenty of bubble, medium body, good acidity, notes of Grany Smith Apple, pear, citrus, juicy and crisp, good quaffing bubbly, there is a grassy bitterness after swallow that I do not care much for.

Delicious

Very clean bouquet without overwhelming fruit. Slight toast and apricot combine with a relatively dry (for Prosecco) palate.

Perfect for mimosa AND just as is with some summer fruits!
