Almond, cherry, pencil lead, a bit of a greasy barbecue scent too. The palate is great with a massive acid backbone, a great width, some gentle mouthfeel that caresses, with a bit of a drying effect, and a long long finish with that cherry note and a salty touch that blossoms in the end. Probably the best expression of barbera I ever had
