Opened day 1, wine was mediocre so I corked it and put back in the refrigerator. Day 2, the evolution was incredible, medium tannins, great mouth feel and textures. I think the wine need to sit down for a few more years, but decant or open the bottle several hours before you consume.

Great new world Pinot. Forest floor, mushrooms, currents, and cherry. Could use a couple years but ready to go now!
