This bottle was the star of Christmas dinner, paired with tagliatelle al ragù and fettuccine with Gorgonzola cream sauce. We nicknamed it “Lil Blood” in a mistranslation of “Sagrantino”, which is actually the name of the grape. Biodynamic, made in Umbria. Absolutely wonderful.
