Becco Rosso Grasparossa di Castelvetro Lambrusco

Light, slightly frizzante. Paired well with Dove dark chocolate. Needs more sugar, creaminess in dark chocolate to pair well, which Lambrusco seems to bring out well

Dry, slight fruit, more tannin and fizz than expected. Paired well with dark chocolate peanut butter cups. This is a crushable bottle on a warm day!
