Ripasso Valpolicella Corvina Blend

An excellent Italian red from the Veneto region, well balanced acidity, full bodied with a deep crimson colour. The nose smacks you with dark fruit and tobacco that transition into a palate fuelled with notes of black cherry, baking spice and chocolate. Paired wonderfully with a spinach tagliatelle noodle in a zucchini, capers, cherry tomatoes and basil pesto.
