Pale yellow white in color with large bubbles. McIntosh aroma profile with hints of pineapple, tropical fruit and gingerbread cookie. Very clean apple flavors in mouth with some lingering almost hot ginger on finish, tactilely so with carbonation spritz. Another winner from Finn River. So nice to have a well made cider, and one with ginger that's not overpowering its apple flavors

A very subtle and pretty cider. The ginger and "forest" shows up near the end and oh so discreetly. Otherwise, lovely fresh McIntosh and Gala flavors - of the kind you pick yourself.

"Our Fall seasonal blend, tastes like a walk though the orchard and in the woods. A crisp cider with a bright apple core, earthy resinous notes and the warmth of crushed ginger for a hint of heat. Made from a base of organic Washington and heirloom apples with fir tips harvested from the forest at Finnriver and organic ginger. This small batch release was aged five months in straight rye American oak whiskey barrels and blended with medium toast staves to call forth sweet holiday notes of vanilla and bourbon."

Good ginger boost. Sweet, but not too.
